add cleaner shrimp to tank with large red brittle star?

Would the starfish just eat the shrimp? Or in another tank with a large green serpent star?

What I meant was to put the red brittle star in another tank with the green serpent star if there is a chance the red brittle star would eat the cleaner shrimp.
