Adding a DC4 to my DC8

Is it possible to add a DC4 to my existing DC8 as I have 3 more plugs I would like to program to my ACJR? I am not sure this is even possible with the ACJR. If it is possible I don't have the slightest clue as to how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry if this has been addressed already, but I couldn't find anything in my search.

Yes, you can add a DC4 to your setup; with the Jr you can have a max of 12 outlets total so depending on what else you have you could get full use of the DC4. Basically, adding the DC4 will be like adding the DC8; set a inique address, add timers and names for the ports on the DC4 and add program lines to control the timers.

Thank you, are there instructions somewhere on hooking it up, the lines between the ACJr and the DC4, is there an extra outlet on hte ACJr for another connection to be made. I am pretty sure I can figure out the programming, it is just the connecting of the unit and the unique address part.

There is only one bus connection on the controller. The DC8 had 2. The one labeled Ctrl In should be connected to the ACjr. The one labeled Ctrl Out gets connected to the Ctrl In on the DC4. You can find manuals on the Neptune web site under Support->Downloads to get the address switch settings. Your DC8 is probably set to use addresses of A1-A8; set the DC4 to something else like B1-B4. Note that the little white switches are upside down. Up is OFF, down is ON.
