Adding a new clown

To keep it brief..

I've got a percula clown for about 5 months now.

It hasn't ever hosted anything, and as never shown any aggression towards my hand or anything else.

I recently rearranged the tank, swapped out live rock, ext.

Would now probably be my best chance at introducing a smaller percula clown for it to pair with?

Tank is a 20 gallon high, only inhabitants are my 1 clown, a peppermint shrimp, and coral. (plus snails, hermits, ext.)

should be fine, watch for overly aggressive behavior between them. There will probably be a bit of nipping or "charging" from the current clown, but if the size is appropriate then the smaller should submit fairly quickly by wriggling (sometimes people call it tweaking or shaking) to show its submission.
