Adding anemone?

So I have a 36 gallon tank with a two bulb t5ho one 10000k and one actinic. I also have a cheap little 78 bulb led fixture but I don't know the par values of either. Here is a pic of the led...

Is this enough light for a BTA? I have had one before and I fed it krill along with the light and it did fine. I don't have that anemone anymore but it didn't die... Also my nitrates are at about 10-15 ppm right now... Is that okay? I heard that these anemones don't need that much light but they just like high light. Is that true? If it isn't enough light is there another way I could keep an anemone like feeding it more than I normally would?

I have been very successful keeping clones from other hobbyists. If you can, get one from a established tank. And to get it acclimated easier, just make sure your parameters are similar to the tank where it comes from.

Adding anemone?

Sorry the video doesn't look like it is working...Nevermind... Also I figured out how to edit a post but how do you delete it like this one?

AHHHHH HELP... My anemone moved under a rock to where he wasn't getting much light... But I assumed that was normal since it was probably stressed from moving homes... I figured he would come out when he was ready. Since he didn't, I knew he needed light so I flipped the rock over to find an anemone that didn't look very healthy at all... Granted I just turned the lights on, some of his tentacles aren't inflated and he isn't open all the way. I just moved him a few moments ago. His mouth was very widely open and looked a little stringy. I tried feeding him krill but the shrimp stole it and the anemone wasn't really taking it anyways so I gave it a smaller piece and once I have it that, it didn't eat it. But finally I resulted to feed it flake food in small pieces and I'm assuming it ate that since I stuck it on the tentacles and it closed up a little to reach its mouth and it's gone now. It's mouth looks better now but here are a few pics...

Do I need to return it ASAP and see if they can help it or is this normal for new anemones? Do I need to give it time and see how it does with lights now?

Stop worrying and leave it alone. Do not feed it, let it have time to acclimate to your tank. Healthy BTA's do not need to be fed at all! If you do feed them they grow faster, but they don't need the food for survival. I suggest you take some time and read the stickies above.

Okay... I read a few of the stickies and one said that it is bad for an anemone to be leaking brown stuff out of its mouth but somewhere else said it was just poop. How can you tell the difference?

Is that the bad stuff or poop?

Best advise has already been given. LEAVE IT ALONE.
Stop flipping the rock over, moving it around, and disturbing it. Just let it be, and it should be fine.

It is still adjusting to your tank. Be patient!

Sorry... I just keep getting terrified that I am like killing it or something
