Adding Base Rock

Does the Fiji Live Rock - Dry w/coralline color need to be cured before adding to and existing tank or can I just rinse it in RO water and then add it to my tank?

I have a 20L with about 20lbs of rock and I want to add another 15lbs.

No, you can add it directly to the tank. There won't be any die off to cause water issues .
