Can I add a pair of black and white clowns to my 135 gal only other livestock is CUC. They have only been in tank for about~ 1month and are ocellaris clownfish pair.

Black&white clowns are same species right? just want to check before I move forward. I should mention I will be getting a (1) BTA soon should I get (2) if I have two pairs of clowns?

Thanks,

Most likely it won't work, especially if they have an anemone to fight over. One pair will sooner or later start chasing the other out of their territory (which in the closed confines of a tank means killing them)

As for the Darwin Black and White clowns being the same species as A. occellaris - I don't think so.
From all the evidence I've seen they are rather an independent, currently undescribed species.

I could get a second BTA one for each? Would that help I was doing some reading and some ppl didn't have issues with occellaris b/w & typical.

I recommend getting an extra BTA or some other type of nem to host those clowns.
They're quite territorial, when it comes to BTA. I keep 3 types of aquacultured clowns and they don't even host nems but get along with others.
