Adding Rotifer Diet to larval tank?

alaska clowns

We've got clown eggs ready to hatch... tonight or tomorrow night! I think everything is ready, but I have one last question that I haven't found the answer to yet.
I've been feeding my rotifers the refrigerated rotifer diet from Reed, as my phyto culture is still growing. Can I put the rotifer diet into the larval tank along with the rotifers, the way some people add phyto? Or will that scuzz the water too fast/faster?
Thank you!

I do and have never had a problem. Basically, the day I move the eggs, the larval tank becomes a rotifer culture tank. That way the rotifers have a head start on the larvae. I dont tint the water as green in the larvae tank as I do in my culture buckets, but close.

Im only 4 hatches into my experience, and the most I have ever had in the larvae tank is 10 (Im pulling them from the display), but I never have to add rotifers. With 10 fry, rots produce faster than the fry can eat them.
