Additional pumps in 28gal Nano

Was looking to add an HOB reactor to my Nano, but having a tough time finding a spot to place a pump. The 2 outer chambers have the return pumps at the bottom of the tank, so the plumbing takes up the room. The middle chamber has the media box. I was able to get one extra pump in there for my chiller by tucking it under the media box, but running the tubing through the outer portion. I bought the setup used so I wasnt sure if this was the stock setup...any feedback would be appreciated!

It sounds pretty stock. I plumbed my chiller by replacing one of the stock pumps with an MJ 1200 and then ran the chiller return through the tank return that the stock pump used to go through. It doesn't sound like you have the wave maker so that won't be a problem.
