I didn't ask thinking/knowing people were really trying to get ahold of him. Last I talked to him was the day before CFM but he did return an email last week...
To my knowledge Duc is still around. He moved and got a new number. I'm not sure if Duc does the same work as John. Duc did make my sump and I am happy with it.
