Advice for setting up my first reef tank

Well, I've got a few more things going. Ordered a light, heaters, and Red Sea Pro test kits. I think all I really need at this point is a stand and sump to at least get wet.

I also picked up some rock. About 50 pounds. I'm going to run it in a brute until I'm ready for it. Thinking about ordering "The Package" for the rest of the rock. Haven't decided quite yet.

This is where I stand today. I'm getting really close. Its mostly the DIY stuff that I'm behind on. I may make a 2x4 stand to temporarily get me going while I find time to weld up the one I really want. Same goes with the sump, I may use a 20 long while I figure out how to work with acrylic and build myself the one I really want. I have 50 pounds or so of rock curing in a Brute in my garage right now. All of the plumbing and fittings have been ordered and will be here next week. Hopefully I can throw together a stand and get the tank drilled over the weekend. I'm really getting excited now.
