Advice on anemone types

I am looking for some advice on which anemone to get for our clownfish (they are probably ocalaris). We have a 110 gallon with 20 gallon fuge that has been running for a little over a year. Lighting is from Radion Gen 2's. We have a neon basslet, three clown fish, a coral beauty, an engineer goby, a rabbit fish, a pajama cardinal, and three scarii(sp?) damsels. I know that's high on fish but we had to combine the fish from our smaller tank into the 110g when the seam burst in the middle of the night and are just glad everybody survived.

Not looking to make an immediate purchase but want to decide which anemone to get so we can work on making sure our tank has the right environment for it.

What kind of flow? Anemones are notorious for ending up in exposed powerheads. If you have vortechs throw the sponge cover on. Or old pantyhose over koralias until they settle.

That said the best starter anemone I can reccomend are bubble tips. Either rose or green (or a crazy hybrid color). They don't require much maintenance besides decent lighting and and good water quality. They tend to not roam around as much as other species and are pretty bulletproof in a good tank. Just make sure its nice and colored up, not white. The only time to purchase a white one is if you have experience under your belt in restoring their health. Make sure its mouth is closed and not gaping open, and find one that is stuck to something in the stores tank (the wall, a rock, etc). If its on the rock check the rock for pests and take the rock as well or have them chip the piece its on off. Not all fish store employees are experts at removing them safely.

We have two returns from our sump and one power head that is covered. It was a generic brand, not sure which one. Do we need more flow than that for the bubble tip?
