Advice on Feeding Regimen

I would like input of my fellow reefers regarding how much they feed their fish...I know every one has a unique bioload but it would help me in setting the right feeding routine for my tank. I want to be able to keep SPS coral so ideal nitrate level would be less than 5 PPM. i am running an omega 150 skimmer with pretty wet skim.

net water volume is 60 gallon. I do a 6 gallon change every week.
currently i feed my fish mysis and pallets once a day...i alternate between mysis and pallets day to day.

right now phosphate levels are zero and nitrate is 0.2 PPM

current stock is as below:
2 black A ocellaris clowns
1 flame cardinal
1 four stripe damsel fish
1 diamond gobi
1 yellow wrasse
3 sunburst anthias

IMO your anthias need to be fed more than just once a day, as they have high metabolisms. Maybe pellets in the morning, mysis in the evening (or vice versa). Some will even tell you they need to be fed small meals 3x daily, and I certainly wouldn't argue with that.

Sinking pellets are a good choice, but I believe all anthias are carnivores; so anything meaty like cyclopeeze, krill, Rod's, etc. will do if you wanna mix things up. They also appreciate pods if you have those in your tank.

my fish list in sig is current and feed 2-3x day.
AM - minimum flakes and mysis cube
Mid PM - if im home more flakes
PM -pellets & 1/2 of mysis/bloodworm cube

im not sure if this is enough.. as i think my bangaii is good for a cube a day alone.

You'll be able to tell if you're feeding enough by watching your fish's body weight. No magic formula. I feed 1-4 times daily depending if I'm home.

i am trying to find the perfect balance between nutrition import/export as i like keeping sps and want some active fish in there too..

I know!!! But it had to make a special exception cause of my wife. Personally I would never keep a damsel. My clowns hate to and the damsel gets beaten every day but hes a tough son of a *****.
