Advice please

I bought 2 Vortechs and upgraded the drivers. But one of them has the green led broken. It doesn't light up.

What should i do? Should I go back to the store, or you guys can help me. I already sent the information for the magnets but I haven't received any response about it. I also send this concern in the email but I haven't get anything back. Would you please help me with that?

Did you send the request to sales or service? Just checked the service mail and nothing from you about magnets or this issue. You can send the controller to Icecap 9B South Gold Dr Hamilton NJ 08691 and we can get the problem corrected or if you prefer can deal with the retailer if they will work with you.
 
Our sales agent has been ill and out from the office for the past two days. He'll be back on Monday and we'll address any emails in the sales inbox.
