advice with nem

so my one nem disappeared and i thought it died. i was cleaning out the tank two days ago and i found this white blob. the only thing i can come up with is that is is my anemone. in the past two days it has seemed to have gotten a bit larger but it has no tentacles so i have no way of feeding it to help it grow and come back to life....i have been adding coral food to the water so it can hopefully get a bit of nutrients........any advice? id love if he survived.

All you can do is to place food on it's mouth and keep it in low light as to not burn it with high intensity lighting. Maybe feed it a few mysis every 3 days or so. It can regenerate new tentacles
