Interesting question......not sure where you are going with this........but I did first notice aefw after I completed red bug treatment. Are you looking for some kind of correlation?

There has been a lot of reporting about a correlation to treating for red bugs and then suddenly they notice AEFW.

I personally have never done an in tank treatment for red bugs, but I did start to pull some pieces and dipping them when I saw RBs. Then about a month later I started losing PE and color on some pieces and then suddenly I was noticing bitemarks on everything.

I think there may be something to the fact that RBs keep AEFW at bay.

That is exactly what happened to me.....

1st pest I noticed is RB, then a couple of months later (after interceptortx) AEFW...
And now I have montiporas eating nudis !

hard to be certain that AEFW and RB weren't introduced into system around same time. However, AEFW were pointed out after RB treatment.

I got monti nudis, and now aefw never red bugs yet.... I'm pretty bummed about the aefw :( I pulled a piece last night had at least 200 of all sizes
