After 3 day blackout

I should have asked this question last night. After a three day blackout do I just let my lights run at their regular times? Or should I just run my dawn and dusk lights for a day or two before I let all my lights run again?

I set my lights to run their regular course today while I was at work. When I got home I noticed that my sps colonies looked very pale and their polyps were almost all the way retracted. I'm worried that the full intensity of my fixture after the three day blackout was a shock to my Acros.

I read that a three day blackout would not affect my sps. The reason for the blackout was that I noticed a few small spots of dinoflagellate's appearing on two of my acros. I think it hitchhiked on a rock I recently placed in the tank that had an anemone attached. Anyways I do not see any signs of Dino's, just pale ****ed off sps.

I'd run dawn and dusk lights for a full day. Then on day 2 run the rest for a few hrs in the middle of the day then back them back down and longer the 3rd day. After a few days they should be fine.
