I would start with a fish and get comfortable with the water parameters and testing before moving forward. If your planning to keep corals you might want to reconsider your fish stocking list. Also Make sure you QT the livestock before they are introduced to the display.
A clean up crew is not a necessity. Many people have tanks without them (ME I also think more people with mature tanks have less and less of a clean up crew than beginners. Why do you think that is??? They are not going to eat all the algae or all of the detritus. IMO you are the best cleaning crew your tank has.
Your fish list is not a good one. The only fish on there I would recommend is the yellow or purple tang, and that would be one of the fish I add near the end of the stocking .
Trigger will eat coral and almost anything else that will fit in his mouth.
Anthias need lots of food, a new tank can not process a lot of waste that soon. a burgess is considered safe but most butterflies are difficult to keep. Large angels are not reef safe either.
