Still new, but my 120g was looking very sad with only two clowns in it for 3 months. So after listening to much advice, and seeing water my LFS had in stock, I got two new fish now in my QT (they were also living int he same tank at the LFS).

1. A bicolor blenny
2. A linespot flasher wrasse

Wish me luck. Last time I lost a fish so i have been a little hesitant to get more, but it was time. Both look very healthy, and ate well at the store before I took them.

How long do these fish stay timmid. Granted they have only been in my QT for 24 hrs and look fine. Just not eating yet (they ate like pigs at the LFS I saw them). Also what do the blennies really like to eat? Suggestions on food?

Ooo take photos. I wish I can keep a flasher wrasse. For the blenny, you can try seaweed on a clip or rubber-banded to a rock.

I've always found blennies to be shy for a few days to a week when first added before they work out they are safe and you bring food. Brine is always a good food to get them eating but they should take mysis and hopefully flake as well. If you add an algae based flake in there you will be on to a winner but its always good to ask what they are taking at the lfs.

OK pictures not great but here they are..

I know the wrasse is missing a small bite out of his tail, but he is healthy as can be otherwise.
