agardhiella genus experience

Was just able to acquire some Agardhiella spp. For my vegetable filters and refugia.
Looking for any experience as nutrient exporter, herbivore supplement, anything really??!!

I'll post some pics for a definite ID shortly

At first glance from afar I thought it was Gracilaria..

It will export some nutrients, though it is a slower grower than something like chaeto. Works great as an herbivore supplement, but just remember to have a macroalgae truly export nutrients you have to remove the algae from the tank. If you just feed it right back to the fish its like a closed system of nutrients. It does like some flow, not just sitting around at the bottom of the tank.
