Your camera focused on the algae underneath the frag rack instead of the coral. Can you retake the pic? if you can make sure the focus is on the coral. Cameras seem to want to do this when in auto mode.
The camera is fine. Try not zooming in at all with the camera. Take a few shots with it zoomed all the way out. You'll get much sharper shots that way and then you can crop once it's on the computer. Also make sure you use macro mode.
