AI LED's with an ACIII

I have an ACIII with an aquasurf that controlls 2 tunze streams. The other 2 ports are free. I wondered if there is a way to have them controll my AI LED's. I know I will never have all the features of an APEX, but is there a way to just have them ramp up and down on an AC III?
