AI Lighting for a ZOA Tank

Hey guys i have AI's set up above my tank which is mostly zoo dominated. I am trying to get a good lighting schedule set up and was wondering if anyone else was doing this and cared to chime in.
Currently i have 3 lights over my 48 L 20 Deep tank and the lights are about 10"
above the water line. Any help or time settings would be much appreciated. thanks

search for "AI settings" there is a huge thread with tons of peoples exact setting. With zoas it should be fairly easy to judge light, if they are stretching out and trying to reach for the light then you need to up the intensity, if they get real small and flat against the rock then too much and the intensity needs to be lowered.
