Going to upgrade my AI lights but told GHL will not control. When if ever will my GHL be able to?

Highly doubt it will now with the Ecotech amalgamation and A.I going more alone with their own control options.

My personal thoughts are I doubt they will due to conflict of interest with their own LED brand but only GHL can answer this accurately.

You are getting upset with the wrong company. The issue is NOT GHL all they need is the protocol from Ai but with the Ecotech amalgamation and the very fast changes we see in the brand set it would make it very hard to keep up to speed with this. To be honest its all about priorities.
But if Ai did release the protocol im sure GHL would listen.
As it stands there is NO general release OEM developers pack from either AI or Ecotech that I know of.
The people you need to ask are Ai to be honest not GHL
Remember GHL makes the most advanced LED lamp on the market so not all LED third party companies are going to want to work with them either. Conflict of interest.
