AI nano or Kessil A150W?

I am getting a picO aquariums Manta Ray 18. The dimensions are 18"x18"x9". Which light is better?

Kessil A150 by far. I have two on my 55 and putting one on my 10 gallon.

IMO My pick would be the AI Nano Fully controllable you pick the light intenisty and spectrum.
