AI Nero3 Disassembly Question

So I went to disassemble my Nero3 today and for the life of me I couldn’t remove the propeller. I removed the cage no problem, but the darn propeller assembly does not free itself from the rear cage.

I even reached out to AI customer support and they indicated that the propeller should come out.

I’ve used a plastic pry tool and a popsicle stick to push the propeller free from behind the rear cage, but no luck.

Has anyone been able to remove their Nero3 propeller?

I use forceps or needle nose plyers to lift it straight out.

I have two and have to do it that way on both.
