Ai prime myAI app issues

I bought a ai prime lights and had it setup on my android before I left on holidays in may.

It took me 5 min to set up on app and connect to my network so I could access lights anywhere.

Now it would work.

Each time I try to enter in my wifi password to connect it it tells me the light can't be found and enter in an ipod address.

I have contacted ai about this and still waiting for an phone call back.

Before, did you connect to it directly or through your network?

myAI app is cloud based. You shouldn't need to enter your wifi password to access your light. Just a connection to the internet.

Well on my android it asked me.

I had to go to my wifi prime
Find the light in app
Then it asked you to connect to your wifi network
Enter password
Then I get this error msg.
But when I did this pack in may it was fine work great.

So my wife has a iPhone so I tried it on there.

Connected to wifi prime
Found light
Connected to it
It then asked what wifi network click my network didn't ask for any password.
Connect in 5 secs.

Then I set up the cloud on the iPhone and took no longer than 10 secs.

Then I went back to my android and connected to cloud and it now working

I think there is a major bug in the Android side.

On the Android to connect to your wifi you need to enter in a password of it.

Typo now it would work is
Won't work.
