Ailing Candy Cane

mine was having issues and as soon as i did a water change it fixed it. my readings were perfect but i did a water change anyways and that fixed it

Thanks gfk!

I did a 10 gallon change last night and changed the carbon. I leave for work before the lights come on so I'm not sure how we are doing today. Checked the parameters last night and nothing seemed out of line.

I had a green candy cane fall onto a mushroom, and almost lost two heads. I have since moved it and it is recovering niceley.

I a striped candy (brown w/green mouth) and it does not like a high salinity as it will start to to shrink.

In fact that is how I know my nano tank's salinity is shooting up there is when the candy cane starts to shrivel.

The heat in the office is on, so the evaporation has gone up quite a bit in the last two days. The candy cane was looking a little stressed out, so I checked the salinity 1.026. I topping off with ro/di right now to slowly bring it back down.
