One light, leathers and mushrooms
two lights above + palys, zoos, lps
3 lights, brighter zoos + more demanding LPS and perhaps a monti or low light sps. I'm not sure about 3 lights yet but there's no harm trying a tip chip of a cap or digitata.
2 sexy shrimp
or 1 sexy shrimp + one crab, emerald, pom pom, acro
or 1 shrimp + goby clown goby or something else microsopic

I voted number six and picked this tank. It's got a total of 3.5g, and is a sleeker rimless than the jbj's or an eclipse.
It isn't a complete AIO because of no light, but if you look at any other successful pico's out there, hardly anyone is using the stock lighting that it came with because it's usually so inadequate.
The guy who makes the tanks also made LED fixtures at one point for them, and i'm sure you could contact him and find more info, or find one online somewhere.
the website's also got auto top off's for sale that are a great size for the pico tank.
