aiptaisa bad with seahorses?

Aiptaisa's can hurt seahorses can't they? i have this 1 that popped up in my tank and im going to kill it

Yes. However a small one won't likely do any serious damage. No need to treat it as an emergency, but you should look at what you can do to take care of it.

Actually i read about a use for them. I think it was a book by Calfo mentioned that using them in a sump was a good biofilter. Have the water come in on a raceway and have that with aiptasia and the large numbers of them will clean the water. Havent actually seen one in use, but it has promise. If its just one, pull the rock and superglue it shut.

Gently use a razorblade to remove it and take it out. Dont lose it in the tank heheh.

and try not to touch...would hate for you to find out you have an allergy the hard way. Maybe have a turkey baster in one hand and the razer in the other so when you scrape it off you can just suck it up.
