Yes, they are reef safe
Becky @ Neptune's has been breeding them and they typically have them for sell, I don't know if they still do.
Don't know how much they cost but they are worth it.
They are very effective.

Peps are hit or miss is what i have found out, i bought a batch a while back and they did there job but when there were no more ap. they began to eat on my fungia (plate coral) I would go with them again but dont get tomany. They are cool cause they will reproduce in the tank providing some natural food. the last time i bought them was at the Shermans on 96 and Wad. they had then 5 for 20$ by far the best deal i have seen around the front range. Good luck w/ those buggers!!!!!!

Becky & Nudi's

As mentioned above, Becky at Neptunes raises them. I thought it worth mentioning, not only does she raise them but also is an expert on the subject.

OK, you are wondering why do I say she's an expert? We'll, at the MACNA Convention last year in Washington, D.C. she was one of the presenter's. Yep, the topic was Nudi's. IMHO that makes her an expert. They our limited and pretty picky about who and what is presented.

Don't know anything about them myself but, I really encourage you to call her.
