Aiptazers?

Can anyone explain to me how easy/hard these are to make? im not that good with things of this nature and really needing one of these i believe for my tank and my stock to use as needed. are there anyone making these aroudn the area to sell to members of this forumn cheap?? or how can i go about getting one..i live over about 90 min away form memphis and its tough just to come there randomly to the stores or meetings to maybe borrow an aiptaser and then have to figure out how to return it...."mail it possibly"? ha..

would glady appreciate your help as to ive been reseraching it online and on this forum and cant really understand the concept of the aiptaser and how to make it if i even was skilled to....

Neuroslicer---I would Love to make it to the meeting and it all depends on my work. I work for the state and get called out randomly sometimes and never know what could happen from 1 hour to the next.
I think im going to try to maybe come to memphis today actually b/c im free and check out Memfish....
