Can someone tell me why i would be getting air out of my return line. I have repiped all of the line to the pump. i cleaned the pump and still have air bubbles coming out.
I thought I had a leak somewhere in my return as it would spit loud air bubbles every 5 to 10 minutes. Turned out my locline return outlet was in the perfect spot to get a wave from my gyre pushed into it randomly and it would wind up above the water line for a split second. Just had to move it down around a half inch and it was fine.
All fittings are PVC glued together
Pump is a Blueline 100 1"X1" with 1 " bulkhead
All pipes have been redone for the sump to pump 1".
If I throttle the pump down some of the bubbles go away and the line gets quieter.
I am going to connect the reactors today and see what happens
Well I figured out that there were to many bends in my piping from the sump to the pump. I eliminated 1 90 and 1 45 and all the air is gone... Thanks everyone for your input!
