Air Exchanger recommendation

I posted this here as I suspect this is more of a large tank issue.

I am having humidity issues in the basement of our new house. I believe its due to a combination of my tanks coupled with the exposed wall for the walkout causing the wall to sweat. If all goes well, I have plans to do a significant upgrade which will only add to the problem.

I am researching air exchangers and was wondering if someone can point me to a decent unit for the application. Once I seal the room off, my humidity should be contained to a 12x10' room.

Have you looked into whole basement dehumidifiers as an option?
I have not finished the basement so I can't tell you if the humidity will indeed stay in your fishroom.
If you are going to take some time before finishing your project, perhaps consider a stand alone basement dehumidifier that you can later move to vent the fishroom.

I may have to look into dehumidifiers. I was a bit worried they would just take water from the tank rather than solve the ambient issue. It seems to be rather localized as parts of the house are showing to be be ultra-low in humidity vs others.
