Without knowing the width and depth of the tank (I’m going to guess around 30” wide and 18 inches deep for my reccomendations) it’s hard to give a good reccomendation for an LED.
Taking your age and comments into account, my LED reccomendations will stick with lower cost budget lights ($250 or less).
Be aware, wattage for LEDs is just a number for the most part. What people generally focus on is the par output. For most LED fixtures it’s reccomended to get a par meter and “map” your tank based on what is visually appealing to you. A par meter can be typically be rented from your LFS or potentially a local hobbyist. If that’s not an option, you can “buy” an open box one from Bulk Reef Supply and then return it within (I think 30 days?) and get refund but pay just a small restocking fee which is essentially renting it (I believe they describe this on their website). From there, you adjust your LED settings to acclimate your corals slowly to those settings.
With all of that said, also not knowing where you want to go with corals, my reccomendations will at minimum cover softies and LPS and generally should cover SPS if you decide to venture into them.
First up - Euroquatics Angel -
Euroquatics Angel 95 Watt Aquarium Light | eBay
This light is $35 plus shipping. You’d likely only need one of these however you do need to hang it. Also it’s coverage is only 24x24 inches so you may have shadowing on the sides of your tank. Also note, while the price is good, this is a discontinued fixture. The app is no longer available (unless you download and old android apk to an android device) and even then I don’t know what you get there. That said, you can direct connect to each light via WiFi and program them from a computer.
@kharmaguru is running these lights and is building some reference materials for it. From the looks of it, these were once a top of the line fixture that went bust and the eBay seller just has the new old stock. Maybe go with two if you want to prevent shadowing.
Next up, Glowrium Smart Saltwater LED -

This light is newer to the market but still considered a budget light. There aren’t many people running yet but the numbers it’s producing along with the features it has is starting to get some people talking. A nice thing is these can be mounted on the tank with their legs and don’t need to be hung. For this just select the appropriate size for your tank.

I personally own one of these lights. For me the spectrum is lacking, the remote sucks and there’s no app. However I think the screen on the light is easy enough to control the light. It will keep pretty much anything (I have it over a BTA tank) though and as long as your not going for a strong pop of color from your corals, it’ll do the job. Just one should be sufficient but may have some shadowing.
Noopsyche K7 V3 -
NooPsyche K7 PRO III kit with arm bracket
Heading to the top of an economy budget is the Noopsyche light. This light is ran by many and will grow anything as well. Some are not a fan of it due to spectrum or programmability but others rave about them. One should do the trick. Be advised, shipping can be slow (like really slow) and customer service is definitely lacking. While they do have a US distributor, he recently has had medical issues and orders have fallen to the side this shipping from China. If it’s any Chinese holiday, your order will be delayed. This one does have an app though. You may have some shadowing with this light as well
With regards to NiCrew. The Hyperreef Gen 2 -

This light has been getting rave reviews. I personally am not a fan of NiCrew though. The 100 linked above has 24x24 coverage, so again you’ll have some shadowing (unless you upgrade to the 150 or 200 which at that point you’re getting closer to the price point of better options in my opinion). With that said, and this where I’m not a fan, to have good control over the light, you need to by the controller separately ($50) otherwise you’re stuck with their presets which, to me are lacking to say the least.
Now there are other brands that fall in the $250 or less range, however I did not list them as their controllability isn’t there (only a white blue spectrum or none at all) or I just haven’t seen enough about them to really be able to reccomend them.
Hope this helps!
