Alarm if GFCI trips

I have 3 separate circuits on my tank. On circuit 1 i have my Apex, wireless adapter and Vortechs. On circuit 2 i have an EB8 connected to my lights, a heater, and some miscellaneous pumps. On circuit 3 i have a DC8 connected to my chiller, my dosing pumps, a backup heater, a peristaltic topoff pump and some other items.

Until a few weeks ago, circuit 3 has been randomly tripping the GFCI (maybe once a week) and i am in the middle of doing a process of elimination to find the culprit. I imagine it will take a while since it is unpredictable and every time it happens, i remove 1 piece of equipment from the DC8 and add another one back on. Eventually i'll find the problem. It has been setup this way since i setup the tank 4 years ago but only recently has it started tripping unpredictably.

Question. While i sort this thing out, i was wondering if there was a simple way to let me know if the GFCI trips via an alarm of some sort. I was tempted to hook up a normally closed low voltage relay to one of the outlets of the DC8 that would be energized at all times in an open state. I would then tie this into the breakout box. If the power goes out, the circuit completes and the Apex would sense this and send me an email alarm. Is there an easier way to do this?

There's no direct way to have the Apex test if a DC8 has power or not, like you can with an EB8 or EB4.

Your idea about using the relay would be a very effective way to monitor power to that DC8.
