Sorry for the delay, I was out of the office sick for most of the day yesterday. It sounds as though the buttons on your Radion need to be disabled, please follow these steps:
1. Power down all Radions for 30 seconds
2. Connect via USB and start the Connection Manager (If not using a ReefLink)
3. Log in to EcoSmart Live using Google Chrome or Safari
4. Select the "Wrench" icon below Radion 1
5, Uncheck the Radion buttons enabled box
6. Repeat step 5 for each Radion
7. Select the "Program" button to save changes
