Algae I.D.

Could be Derbesia. A problematic algae. It's always hard to tell from pics. Is it growing throughout the tank?

If you can pluck it out, do so but try to remove it as close to the base as possible. It is common in newly setup systems and normally crashes on its own as higher algaes become more dominant. Also, you might want to consider added some macro algae of some form to help reduce nutrients which otherwise contribute to problematic algal growth.
