hey whas going on not sure if this is just reg brown hair algae or what? and any tips on removal? wasnt sure if i can scrap it off and let skimmer pick it up or what to do thank you

Looks like regular green hair algae thats dying/not real healthy..

scrape it off the glass as you are siphoning..
keep/get nitrates and phosphates LOW
