I recently got 2014 Clark's clowns, green carpet anemone and about 60lbs live rock. There is a substantial aiptasia problem and some red algae I'm not sure about. Some of it is thick and a real deep red, and there are some that are bubble in shape with bright red spots on them and some of those have split open. Any insight on the algae would be great. And I am going to be going to war on the aiptasia. .. lol

That would be cyno. I good 3 day lights out and a large water change should help clear it out.

The velvet carpet looking stuff is cyano bacteria, the red bubbles are a form of botryocladia. That particular kind can be very invasive.
