I've been doing 15percent water changes weekly, started feeding less and turned my white lights down but nothing is helping any ideas

For the bubble algae, careful manual removal (without breaking pen the bubbles) or Emerald Crabs.

The photo looks like Dinos. You will need a microscope to identify. Check out Mack's Reef on Facebook. Some Dinos can be very toxic......

It's been running for around 7 months. I'll be doing testing when I get off work tonight
