Algae Identification

Hey guys, I have had this algae pop up out of nowhere in the last couple of months but haven't had any luck getting rid of it.
It seems to have roots in to the rock and the small round leaves grow on runners. Any idea what it is and how to get rid of it? :beer:

I think it is Caulerpa Peltata or Mermaids Wine Glass.
