My tank has been set up for almost a year now everything is healthy and growing well I have a 90 gal with 40 gal breeder sump and a reef octopus needle wheel skimmer I have a little algae in my DT some hair and a little bit cyano but my sump is loaded with cyano it just loaded up in like 3 days should I clean it out or just keep it in the sump
I do regular water changes 20 gal every month with Rodi 0 ppm

Well I've always heard cyano outbreaks are caused by poor water quality, but yours looks good. Your temp seems a little high. Might help with the outbreak if you cool it down a few degrees. I would think it also wouldnt hurt to scrub as much of the stuff out of your sump as possible mechanically.

I would question lighting, substrate, and nutrient export factors. Like oakengineer said you can boost algae growth if you keep your lights on all the time. You might be able to get algae under control in the sump just by doing a blackout for a couple days out of every month. Of course that might cause the algae to migrate to your display, which leads me to my next point.

Doyou have a DSB in your sump? Sometimes when they get overloaded with detritus they began to leak nitrates back into the tank. You're getting a zero reading on nitrates probably because the algae is gobbling them up as it grows. You might need to really clean out that DSB or remove it entirely and replace it. There might be some complications to your bio cycle if you do that though so don't just remove it all immediately.

Lastly, do you have healthy, growing macroalgae in your sump/display? If not, I'd try adding some more of that, preferably chaeto.

My temp at the moment won't go down due to temp in house I don't have a chiller I keep temp at 78 unless summer
I do have a dab in sump wich is not that old I'm not saying it does not need to be changed but I don't think that is my prob
I have cheats in my sump and for some reason in the past 3 weeks it started disappearing to almost nothing rite now
In run a lite on fuge opposite of DT lighting
I am going to try a 3 day lites out starting on fri most likely
