Algae issues

I have this algae appears to be bubble algae but it is creating a film over the rocks. Any suggestions?

That is diatoms or Red Slime Cyano.
You probably have low flow on that area.
If more flow doesn't fix it, or appears in another different area then use :
Chemiclean Red Slime Cyano Bacteria Remover

Make sure you turn off the skimmer while using it otherwise the skimmer will overflow
