Our Dwarf Seahorses seem to have some kind of dirtiness(algae?) growing on them. Not very bad at all, but you can see it a little on top of their heads. They hang out all the time in the culerpa, so usually have a greenish tint anyways. Any thing to do about this? and is it ok?
My kudas and Reidis only get it when I become sloppy with my housekeeping chores. Doing major water changes can get the excess nutrient level down and the algae goes away gradually.
thanks, thats what I thought, I usually do weekly, but one horse hangs out at the top so I skipped this weeks since I didnt want to bug him....looks like I just need to do it anyways!
