algae outbreak cant stop it ( pic)

im haveing a realy bad algae outbreak it looks like a brown hair algae its all over sand rocks etc my tank is over 6 months old so i dont think its diatoms it dose not look like red slime algae it is 1/2 in long swaying in the water i just did a 20% water change and turnd my light out yesterday and it tripeld im stumped my set up is a 125 g 30 g sump/ref 180 swc cone skimmer gfo reactor 1 1/2 cups of gfo 2 weeks old 4 bags of chemmy pure ellite 2 months old cheto in sump with 4 inch sand bed 130 lb of live rock (HO)T5 lighting 8 blue pluse ati 2 purple pluse ati 2 50 50 lights i run atenic for 10 hours daytime for 8 hours and moonlights for 4 hours this algae started when i put this new light up 1 month ago now its out of contral i do a 10% water change every week i add b ionic everyday 10 mil of each and i do test all the time o and i use ro/di water and the tds is reading 0 and i have never used tap water never please let me know what i can do and what kind of algae im dealing with o and i found a queen conch deid about 2 weeks ago that was realy messy here are some pics

yes i have and it comes back worse i siphend 80% out yesterday and did a 20% water change and killed the lights came back even more
 
what are your perams at?

It looks like cyano to me. mine took about 5 months till i beat it, i did a ton of water changes and just kept at it.
 
all my per are reading fine but i must have phos or nitrates just not getting a reading on them and i only feed onec a day
 
they are api not the best i know not old at all im running gfo reactor for 2 1/2 moths now 1 1/2 cups of high cop gfo from bulkreef sup im trying the lights out for three day see if that will help
 
The cyno will consume the nutrients so your tests will not be effective.
It takes about a year for a tank to mature.....
Try to manually remove as much as you can and keep up on water changes.
You need to find the cause of your nutrients most common is over feeding.
Adding additional flow or redirecting your powerheads to increase flow to the areas with the algae may help as well.
