algae taking over my tank.

what kind of algae is this and how do i kill it? it has slowlu taken over my tank. i have done water changes, gfo, carbon, magnesium, etc. it doesnt die. i am at the point of tearing it down and starting all over with new rock. please help!

That looks like bryopsis.

You said you tried magnesium. What did you do exactly?

Kept magnesium at 1600ppm for a few weeks. Killed all my snails.

Should I nuke all the rocks with hydrogen peroxide?

I don't know how much a blackout would help your specific case. But FWIW I had dinoflagellates completely overrun my entire tank and a 4 day complete blackout got rid of ALL of it. It never came back. *Shrug*. Before you take your rocks out, try a blackout and see how you go.
