algae?

Hi,

This is my first tank and its been set up for about 2 months now. I noticed that people always seem to have algae growing in their pictures and they always say they are having outbreaks, but i dont seem to have any algae. I have a clean up crew type thing (a bunch of snails and crabs) but would that really eat up all the algae? And is it ok to not have any algae in your tank?

it is a good thing not to have alage in your tank. it means you don't have extra nuitrents, or phosphates in your tank to alow the alage to grow. keep up the good work
