I have a lawn of alge from the end of my cycle. I got a lm blenny and a few snails in there but their just not doing the job. Is there anything else that that eats alge off the sand bed?

So here are some pics

Here is the alge on the DSB and there is decent flow going across

Ya i have a RO/DI

my flow rate is about 2350gph from the CL and the return pump. Not counting the skimmer and phosban.

I think my major problem is the live rock is still on its last end of its cycle. Plus i had phospates why to high till i got that phosban reactor 2 days ago

So here is a little more info on my problem

So back on March 26 i guess about 3 weeks ago i started up my 100g tank. I got 60lbs of fiji un cured and 80lbs of kalieni cured and about 5" dsb. I got a mag 9.5 return with a pendula outlet circulating most of the water around the tank and also a OR6500 on a SS 4 way. about a little over a week ago ammonia and nitrites dropped to 0 and nitrates about 30-40. Had a phos problem but put in a phosban reactor and its now at 0. Also PH is about 8.0 and salinity at 26 i use tropic marin with ro/di water.

So my main question is the alge is still growing pretty crazy, i did read how there is a alge blitz. I was wondering how long it lasts, and once its done whats the best way to get rid of the alge on the sand bed and rocks?

i would remove whats on there by hand also go on ebay and buy some nassarius snails for cleanup. your lights may also need replacing at this point. usually whn they start to go bad u get those algae blooms but its probably just from the high phosphate.
