Why do I have all these Stingy-algea with bubbles all over the tank? Perameter seems to be ok. I started seing more and more since I start using the water from Wal-mart.
Any idea?

agree with the above.... probably cyano braught on by either a change in your tank or not enough filtration.
dealing with a outbreak lately myself... i took my LR out of my sump and stirred up the sand bed I had in there.... water went cloudy and when it settled cyano was starting to sprout.... a few water changes, polyfilter, cheto back into the sump, rowaphos, and more snails later, its starting to die back.... fun times.
