Do i need to test for alkalinity in my reef tank or will a calcium and ph test be sufficient. Trying to determine what test kits I will need. Thanks!

Definitely need an Alkalinity test kit. Once you get used to your tank you can usually guess what your dKH is with your Calcium and pH readings, but it isn't garunteed.

Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, PH, Calcium, and Alkalinity are a must.

Phosphate, Magnesium, Copper, and Iodine are nice to have.
